- NPNicholas PronovostJan 19, 20221.0Water is constantly shut off with no warning. Fire alarm is constantly going off for no reason. No proper security into the building other than lights that will shoot blue light into your apartment when trying to sleep. 1 laundry machine for 19 units and it's constantly broken. Someone has had tools stolen and there are theives who will rob your laundry and laundry card. Extremely poorly managed building. Do not live here unless you have no other option.

Really convenient to shopping, restaurants. I've experienced excellent tenant service when needed and the building and grounds are spotless.and maintained. The inside of the building has been completely renovated and updates, as have the units. Spacious, clean with new balconies, flooring, cabinetry, bathrooms, light fixtures, cupboards, hardware. The windows are fantastic!!. And , there are a lot and very large, including dual sliding doors to the balcony.. (I'm out here now, listening to birds and the creek) Friendly, considerate and mature tenants here where I live. *No, they didn't pay me to write this, lol It's just that nice..and it doesn't hurt when you have polite neighbours.
