She was like a guardian angel for us and would support us in any situation. Cannot just thank her enough for all her support and time she takes to care for the building and the tenants. Very understanding team of people work at Centurion properties. I actually had to move to another city because of job and I chose to rent with the same company because of the good experience. And the trancession was very smooth. I recommend Ateood Suites.

It is always nice to enter the lobby of the Atwood apartments. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I have been living here for a few years now. At first, I regretted selling my house and moving into an apartment, but the benefits quickly changed my attitude. My apartment has all the conveniences with all the appliances. On days that the weather is terrible, I hibernate and do my chores like the laundry with the washer and dryer in my unit. No more snow shoveling or grass cutting in the summer. The in-house building manager is pleasant and accommodating whenever I have a concern. I plan to stay here a while and enjoy my newfound freedom. Remi Arts 5 Schroder Cr. Guelph.

Nancy is friendly, kind and always present to help! Nancy is who “sold me” on renting in Atwood Suites and she is by far one of the top reasons on why I continue to rent. She is a residential manager who truly puts the tenants first and strives to ensure everyone’s quality of life at Atwood Suites is top notch! Atwood Suites would be just another apartment building in Guelph without the hospitality of Nancy!
