  Our best living experience in a long time! The building manager Nancy is truely one of a kind! She takes pride in the maintenance and safety of the building and resolves any issues immediately. Our hot water heater stopped working on a Friday at 5 pm and She responded immediately and a tech was onsite within two hours!! That's dedication! Quiet, safe and clean building. Highly recommend! :)

  The best thing about this place is the superintendent! The place is clean and all the tenants are friendly and helpful. All issues are resolved immediately. The place is quiet and close to everything I need. The neighbourhood is also quiet. The parking lot should have two exit/entrances which would make it a lot easier for drivers and especially large moving vans and delivery trucks. Other than that I enjoy it here. Getting outside windows cleaned would b nice as they’ve never been done since I’ve been here since June 2016.
