    Constantly Only ONE elevator is working for 40 floors…more than 20 minutes wait to be able to leave your home. It’s seems NOBODY cares… if you are looking for a place to live, consider you will need a lot of time to leave ☹️ it seems they’re only interested in your rent $

    One week one elevator doesnt work and the next week another one. Management doesnt really care. They want your rent. Nothing else. Security stuff and cleaning people rotate constantly. That tells the story.

    If I could give them 0 star, I would do for sure. Absolutely the worst building we have ever lived in. We regret choosing this place every single day. From the moment we moved in, it has been nothing but problems. The cockroach infestation was so severe that several appliances had to be replaced. We found cockroaches inside multiple appliances and even around the curtain frame. No one should ever be forced to live in such conditions. It got so bad that we were forced to move out of our own rented unit for an entire month while they performed multiple rounds of pest control. Imagine moving into your new home and then not being able to unpack or live a normal life. We had to stay in another unit for a month with all our belongings still packed because our actual unit was completely uninhabitable. We were told that all contaminated appliances — including the washer and dryer — had been replaced. But when we later reviewed everything, it became clear that they had not replaced them. Before we left for pest control, we took videos of the appliances. When we showed the videos to management, they acknowledged that the washer and dryer had not been changed, and only then did they actually replace them. The amount of confusion and false information we received was unbelievable. The problems continued after a technician replaced the air-conditioning filter. The technician appeared to replace the filter carelessly, placing the new one in without inspecting or properly installing it. From that moment on, every single night when we increased the temperature, an extremely strong and unbearable odor — similar to a skunk or burning chemical smell — filled the entire unit. It burned our noses and forced us to cover our faces every few minutes because the smell was so overwhelming. While we had noticed unpleasant smells before, nothing was ever close to this. With the cold weather, we have no choice but to use the heat, and this odor makes the unit almost impossible to stay in. On top of all this, many of the assurances we were given by Idenya who showed us the building before moving in turned out to be completely false. Our experience in this building does not match anything we were told beforehand. The management has been careless, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. This has been the worst-managed property I have personally experienced, and I feel residents deserve better. Based on everything we have gone through, I will be sharing this honest and straightforward review everywhere I can. Avoid this building at all costs.

    TL;DR: Great location and well-maintained building, but management lacks empathy, accountability, and professionalism. The service is not worthy of the high rent. We have lived at Station Place for a few years and can confirm the physical building is very well-maintained, but the property management is severely lacking. Despite paying a very costly rent, the treatment of tenants is consistently unprofessional. Management, particularly the Community Manager, has demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy and accountability siding with disrespectful third-party vendors over compliant, paying residents. The experience is profoundly disappointing, paying a luxury price for subpar, stressful tenant support. It raises the question: Why are management staff consistently failing to provide basic human courtesy, and why are property executives ignoring this pervasive and ongoing customer service problem? I'm also noting that other negative reviews regarding management seem to disappear, and I hope this honest feedback remains visible.
