We’ve been living in this building for over four years now, and honestly, it’s been an incredible experience. The size of the units is amazing. You won’t easily find this kind of space anywhere else in Toronto.
The building is always well-maintained. There’s daily cleaning, and the 24/7 concierge team is always available, friendly, and helpful. The supervisor of the security team is very responsive and approachable, and the entire security staff is always professional and kind. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciate.
The cleaning team does an outstanding job keeping everything in perfect shape.
The entire building team always takes the time to say hello to our dog, Laya 😁🐕 We truly appreciate everyone who helps make this building such great and welcoming place to live. Keep up the great work!

I'm truly amazed by the service at this building. These guys know their stuff! Everything is done easily and on time, and every request I had was taken as a call to action: whether it was a tax document or the water temperature in the pool. I feel truly at home here, not like a guest! I recommend this building as an excellent rental; I've lived here for over a year, as have my neighbors and friends. 👌👌

Absolutely disgraceful management. This building has ZERO accountability and thinks they’re above the law. They’ve shut off the A/C while outdoor temperatures are climbing, and my unit is already at 26 degrees with no relief in sight. The Toronto Bylaw indicates the building should have the A/C on until September 30th, they A/C has been off since September 22nd. I’ve contacted the City because clearly nobody here cares about following bylaws or basic tenant rights.
Every single person I’ve spoken to is utterly incompetent — not one person has made the slightest effort to actually fix this. The excuses, the dismissiveness, the complete lack of professionalism — it’s laughable if it weren’t so infuriating.
On top of that, I have a dog who is prone to overheating, and the building’s negligence is putting his health at risk. But of course, management couldn’t care less.
This place is run by people who should not be in charge of anything, let alone housing. If you value your health, comfort, or sanity, avoid this building at all costs.
