  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Simone Pennant - she truly made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel effortless, supportive, and genuinely positive from beginning to end. From our very first interaction, Simone stood out for her warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the building. She was incredibly personable and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making. I had many questions throughout the process, and she met every one of them with patience, clarity, and remarkable responsiveness. Her follow-up was always prompt, thorough, and thoughtful — I never once felt like just another applicant. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. Simone went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, and her calm, reassuring presence made all the difference. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism and kindness so naturally. Because of Simone, my move into this building has been an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I am truly so happy with my decision. She is an exceptional representative of the property and an absolute standout in her role. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her is incredibly fortunate!

  live here for 2 years, paying the most expensive rent in whole Etobicoke. 1 elevator is out of service, out of total 4. we still wait for 20-40 minutes, because somebody books booking to move in or move out. the same moment there is a line of people, managers need to remove booking and let people use elevator. wants to move in. move in only at night time, when nobody has stuff to do. amount of time I am getting late is outrageous. give us a solution or compensate rate in fair amount. all apartments belong to your office. give discount for a month of nightmare with elevators. i would put 1 star, but I still like this building, just this situation with elevators is making everybody hate it

  Overall it's a pleasent building, apartment is spacious, cleaning staff keeps it spotless. Big shout out to the security team (Amar, Karan, Tharun), they're always courteous, helpful, professional and always there when you need them. -1 star for the horrendous elevator experience, never seen such a inefficient system.

  I want to sincerely thank Simone for helping my mom move into her new home. From start to finish, she was organized, supportive, and attentive to her needs. She made a challenging transition much easier.
