  Loving it so far! Moved in a week ago and maintenance is fast, Sam with the front desk has been so amazingly helpful! Quiet community and beautiful apartments. I live on the first floor and it feels like a house!

  The service at these apartments was excellent. The team was very professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they left everything clean upon completion. I would undoubtedly recommend this place and its maintenance service to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained environment.👏🏼

  I’ve been here for several years now. It’s good enough to stay in for me for now. We want to move into a house though. There just isn’t enough closet space. The best part about these apartments is there is no cockroaches or bugs. We get an occasional spider but that’s it. We recently had a several car break in. My fiancées truck got a broken window from the break ins. The gates are always broken. They fixed it but lasted a day. My garage opener stopped working and got a new one. Well the buttons are loose and easy to press. I found my garage was open all night! Apparently the garage opener works very far away from the garage and the button was accidentally pushed I think when I hung up my keys in my apartment. The pool is not the cleanest also. I do love that we have a washer and dryer in the apartment.

  Moving out after 3ish years and I didn't really have any problems. The people who run the front office could do for some more training, but the problems that I did have got situated with a bit of communication. Maintenance issues got fixed in a timely manner. I honestly feel bad for the Maintenance workers cause they have to clean up after the residents who can't seem to be bothered. The only real issues I have are with some of the kids that run around and cause problems. The office can't really do anything without proof, so my advice is grab a doorbell camera.

  I enjoy living here for the beautiful atmosphere and our comfy apartment. We have had some knuckle head neighbors but other than that it has been great! We have a new apartment manager now and she is awesome!!!
