  Moving out after 3ish years and I didn't really have any problems. The people who run the front office could do for some more training, but the problems that I did have got situated with a bit of communication. Maintenance issues got fixed in a timely manner. I honestly feel bad for the Maintenance workers cause they have to clean up after the residents who can't seem to be bothered. The only real issues I have are with some of the kids that run around and cause problems. The office can't really do anything without proof, so my advice is grab a doorbell camera.

  I enjoy living here for the beautiful atmosphere and our comfy apartment. We have had some knuckle head neighbors but other than that it has been great! We have a new apartment manager now and she is awesome!!!

  I’ve lived here for over a year now, it has its up and downs, we were promised a month free at the end of our lease when we signed on, when the last month came they still charged us and told us since it was a previous worker they can’t do anything, and when we tried to re sign our lease the staff kept forgetting to put it in and continuously had to re send it for us to keep on signing, maintenance is the only real good thing, they are on top of the problems and usually they are fixed by the time I get home.

  We have been here a little over a year and it has been great so far! We love the area and the surroundings and how we can still comfortably live without walking on egg shells. I have left a previous review but I would like to make another. I hope that DOG and OTHER animal species feces get picked up and disposed off properly! I really hope we get cameras installed, (or more of them, and management who can help) for when break-ins into vehicles happen. Our maintenance team is very good and normally fast wit responses if you don’t flood them with stupid stuff. Other than that we love our small community here!
