  Had my dryer motor catch on fire or burnt out - either or not good. Jeremy (the professional maintenance individual) came next morning. Pulled out & replaced the dryer. Made sure to inspect & make sure everything was safe & ready to use. Absolute top-notch care. I’m very grateful. Side note (do not leave appliances on if you leave) it happens…..

  This company doesn’t do things the legal way the will let a person add a minor without proper social security card and when I brought it to they attention that my daughter was on a person lease there they ignored the situation which is illegal to add a minor without the custodial parent acknowledgment and even upon them knowing they didn’t change it and I had to file charges which could have been avoided but they wouldn’t remove my child from that person lease this place is unprofessional and has no compassion for what’s right.

  Had a small roach issue when I first moved in, but it stopped once some undesirable neighbors moved. And the new maintenance dude is super cool friendly and does his job way better than the old guy who had since retired.

  Nice looking place with a knowledgeable manager named Joy that answered all my questions and made my visit here enjoyable.
