Me and my significant other have been in these shacks for almost 5 years. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND living here. I have read the contract several times. Here are some BIG POINTS with just what I have seen and noticed unfortunately staying here.
1. Dogshit is EVERYWHERE, literally walk in the grass you step in dogshit.
2. They can't keep maintenance workers at all, and to add to this nothing actually gets done or fixed in a timely matter. (Took months just to fix one thing that was small)
3. The contract is only a pice of paper, it hold not type of respect between buisness and consumer; if you bring up anything in the contract that is actually typed there; the management will tell you well 1. No it's not in the contract (even tho it states it) and 2. Just blatantly lie to your face and expect you to deal with the discrepancies on your own.
4. The neighbor kids steal stuff off of others front door and first floor porches, the kids also destroy and break into people properties (especially vehicles)
5. ROACHES started showing up recently!
6. The apartments themselves
1.A. Windows and doors are NOT cocked properly and black mold is growing because of it.
1.B. The laundry room doesn't have air circulation, and is starting to bloat the walls and baseboards. The dryer ventilation sucks so bad that it takes multiple times to dry and when you call to have maintenance clean the ventilation it NEVER happens.
1.C. The kitchen has been having an infestation of ROACHES, that come through the pipes. Also, some of the cabinets have missing pieces and are rotting.
1.D. The Front Door also not cocked correctly and literally is floating and letting in the outside weather. (Really annoying)
1.E. Most of the outdoor lights actually don't work
1.F. THE GATES ARE ALWAYS FREAKING BROKEN, everyday they get broken. It's not a safe or gated community; if the gates stay broken.
1.G. Getting notes on our door for complaints and stuff that we actually don't have or do.
1.H. Subtle disrespect
1.I. The ceiling in the apartments are cracking and are extremely thin that if you barely walk it sounds an feels like an earthquake.
1.J. The apartment in general is EXTREMELY thin, you don't have privacy at all because EVERYONE can hear what you are doing in YOUR own apartment.
1.K. Most of the neighbors are okay and mind their own buisness but you have alot more neighbors that cant mind their own buisness and likes to call the cops on people they don't like or agree with.
In saying all this, it's truly disheartening that it does have to come to this but the people an consumers deserve to know the truth. Unless they decide to actually put forth some ACTUALLY changes then honestly that's all I gotta say.
As common sense would have it and it seems it doesnt, I am a singular person bringing up what I have noticed. I AM NOT EVERYBODY BUT A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL WITH CONCERNS, DO NOT PUT ME IN A GROUP.

Was extremely excited about having a tour, I had appointment waited patiently for property manger to come in. There was 3 guys came in after us,instead of asking whose next? Took it upon herself to disregard that I was waiting.
