  We received excellent service from Miss Anna, it was really nice to see how gracefully she handled the office by herself. Even though there were a few people waiting when we came it didn’t ever feel rushed and seemed like everyone else was treated with equal priority. I wanted to give a shout out because it’s rare to see someone actually giving genuine customer service nowadays. شكراً

  I’m sick and tired of this place. Every day it’s a new problem. Before you lease here, drive by the dumpster. Not on Thursday, because that’s when they pick up. But drive by randomly on other days at different times. It’s absolutely filthy. And when you come by for a tour, don’t just look at the model unit. Ask to walk through the property. Walk through the breezeways of your building. Observe all the trash bags your neighbors will leave in front of their doors. Look at all the dog poop outside your building. I’ve been complaining about my neighbors leaving out trash since I moved here and nothing gets done about it. They send out a generic message every several months telling residents not to leave out trash or they will be fined, but nobody gets fined. I complain about the specific unit and even send pictures, yet it continues. I woke up to my neighbors trash all around their door this morning. It looks like an animal got into it and slashed the bag because the trash is falling out of it. Which means it’s been there all night. I didn’t even bother complain this time, because what’s the point? I’m going to edit this review once I move out to let you guys know if anything improves by then. Or if anything gets worse.

  We just moved into Sonoma Grande Apartments and the experience has been great so far. Kelsey and Anna were both very helpful during the process, and the apartment itself is beautiful. Excited to get settled in!

  The place has its challenges but the staff has a great attitude and Ronnie in Maintenance has done a phenomenal job on the grounds that were previously poorly maintained.

  Lori walked me through the area and showed me the 2 BR, 2 Bath apartment. I was very impressed with the layout and the pricing. Lori was very professional and friendly and I enjoyed meeting her. I just may consider a move to this community.
