Lindsay and Stacy were incredibly responsive and diligent with follows regarding any questions. The maintenance team did a great job fixing issues in a timely manor with high quality work. When shown the unit Lindsay was honest and transparent, resulting in choosing the perfect space for me!
- TWT. W.Apr 29, 20231.0I paid a retainer fee for 3 showings and was not listen to or communicated with after that. I applied for one home and after being denied for things in my past, the agent I was working with never responded to messages. I ended up calling and was told to do it myself and figure it out. I really looked forward to working with this agent, but after one “no” I was left to the way side. I have actually now received a “yes” from a property, but it could have been quicker and smoother had my agent who agreed and given retainer to work with me, actually worked with me.

Her communication & efficiency during the process was top notch and extremely thorough. Chris was even able to have an AC tech come by on 4th of July weekend to make sure our property was nice and cool for the 100+ degree temperatures in Tulsa this entire week. Whether it's a problem with the air conditioner or another tenant, she's on it! I love her! She's the consummate professional. She responds immediately, assures us the job will be done right the first time, then comes by to inspect the work and make certain that we are fully satisfied. An office is like having a second home. Susan/McGraw Property Management takes all of the worry out of maintaining our "other house". We've been in this location 2 years and couldn't be happier.
