  Absolutely regret purchasing our home with them. They make it seem as if they are “ the caring company” and that has been far from our experience. I have typed out a whole response with our experience from the beginning to now- but at this point I have zero energy to put into this company anymore. We have been lied to, numerous people have dropped the ball with communication and correct information given to each other and us as the homeowners. I highly do not recommend purchasing from them. Every person I have dealt with has been completely unprofessional in some way.

  Love the people here, they are so knowledgeable in what they do. They work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. If you don’t understand something they make to explain everything to you. Gotta love Freedom!

  I wasn't going to post this cause I don't like to be rude. After talking to others I agree that if only happy people review then it will not be accurate. I was lied to about the quality, longevity, and resale value of this home. They said they would have a cleaner come after it was set and that never happened. The movers broke the metal frame. If a cars from gets bent it is totaled. This "home" has a vin so... The ac broke the first time they turned the power on. After it was "fixed" they took my smart thermostat off and put a cheap one on. Im on thermostat number 3 and it is a used temporary one until another guy come back to put the smart one in. The heater has been worked on 3 times now and still not working correctly. The trim is falling off everywhere. The flooring is tearing and bubbling. The last guy to come out to "fix" the trim left nail holes everywhere. No putty to fill the holes and no paint to cover them. The list goes ON AND ON but I think you get it. Don't let them tell you this is a good investment. I want this thing gone but I can't even get 30% of what I paid for it back. I haven't been in this 6 months. I wish they would come take it and refund me my hard earned money i spent. My experience has been poor to say the least.

  Love dealing with William great guy got the house where wanted got the driveway where we wanted an how we wanted it over all great experience with them would definitely buy from them in the future thank you for everything !!!!!

  I purchased a home here awhile back. Anyone looking to use them, I ask that you please consider other places. I was told I would be able to move in within 20 business day. However, it was 52 business days before I moved in. When installing the septic, there was a lot of rock dug up. I was told that is something they would take care of. Then it was changed to I would have to pay extra to have it removed, if I wanted them to do it. After I signed all my papers, I was told I would have to replace all my appliances within a year since they wouldn’t last by one of the employees. I paid two mortgages payments before I was even able to move in. The septic was never turned on after being installed and had to call to ask about that after a few months of noticing the sprinkler system had never gone off. The refrigerator quit working a few months into owning the home. And the dishwasher never worked properly. I have replaced all the faucets in the bathrooms, since they used the cheapest ones they could find. I recently discovered a water leak. I was told the leak had been occurring for “as long as the house has been here”. The plumber stated all the nuts were only hand tighten and were the cheapest ones they could buy. The leak was caused by the plumbing on the dishwasher. I ended up spending 12K to replace everything since it had rotted the boards under the vinyl flooring. After moving in, there was nails, trim and tools left through out the whole house. Almost all the trim began coming off after a year in the house. Overall, I have spent over 30K in repairs and replacing things in a home that was supposed to be brand new. Was also yelled out by one of the female employees demanding I sign one of the last documents releasing a final payment to them. Despite me still not living in the home. And then she called a few months after asking that I please leave a good review when contacted so they could get their bonus. So. Please. There is several other places that will do better. & if you decide to use them. Please ensure you tighten all the plumbing under the sinks through the house. And check the hookups to the dishwasher to ensure it is all tightened properly and save you thousands in repairs due to lack of care when building the house.
