  I just moved in to Estancia Apartments last month, the hard work and help facilitating my entry into the lease was very much appreciated. The open communication by Leasing agent Jasmine and her hands on approach to making sure my unit was ready for move in was the chef kiss on getting my Keys. 🙌🏽

  Beautiful property, GREAT AMENITIES, staff are friendly and sweet! (Even when they are hungry lol) Gated, pool, tanning bed, auto wash. 😮 Minutes from all the shopping.

  Estancia has the greatest employee’s! During a hard apartment search with relocating out of state, Natalia V. the assistant manager helped me so much with just a phone call. She provided detailed information about the property and helped me begin the process on the online application.

  Excited to live here! Staff have been so friendly. And at the end of my work days, I'm excited to swim in the pool, use the jacuzzi and BBQ area, tan in the tanning room, and play pool and chess with my kids!! Endless fun and seems like a life well lived at Estancia. I'm gonna be pool-side all summer long. Can't wait!

  They don't clean ducts so furring the summer your ac will fail. The windows pop out of their sockets if you open them. My apartment is currently 81 degrees and I'm pregnant and I submitted an emergency work order so somebody would come and fix it but it's pending and I'm pretty sure nobody is coming today. When their ice maker breaks and floods your apartment they don't replace the carpet they just have the pads cut out and put dehumidifiers in your apartment for two days running constantly. The office staff has been rude Everytime I've spoken with them and my gate key never works I've brought it into the office three times it'll work for a day and then it won't. Don't live here if you want to be treated well. That being said the only saving grace of this place are the maintenance staff themselves. They are exceptionally nice and know what they're doing.
