Have 3 kids and a stay at home wife/mom who keeps the house spotless and it still looks like it’s an old trailer due to the terrible build quality. AS FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS. Our microwave has already broke, they never could get the correct keys for our doors so we had to replace them out of pocket. And every piece of trim is falling off the interior of the house

After a high school friend recommended me paying cash for a mobile, I looked all over Tulsa and Muskogee for my home. Todd is my salesman at Clayton, and has been very communicative through texts and calls. He handed me a key the first day, and my daughter and I looked at all the 18’ wides. We liked looking without a salesman listening to our every comment. No pressured sales. Todd was there to answer all questions I had. The purchasing process was super easy. For those of you purchasing, be certain to set aside funds for plumber and electrician. Mine were $3600, but it can go higher. If you finance, I believe those expenses see can be wrapped into your loan. I have my walk thru today or tomorrow and ready to go! The move in and block crews have been great! Thank you, Clayton! I love my home!
