- SVShelly Vaughn2 days ago5.0We recently purchased the Magnolia home from Clayton. We cannot say enough about how much we love our new home! We moved in on March 6, 2026, and so far the construction appears to be solid and very well done. Todd and Mark were great to work with throughout the process. Even during moments when frustrations arose, they remained professional and made sure everything was completed as promised. Their communication was excellent, and any issue or question we had was always answered. Our contractor, David, was exceptional. The quality of his work was truly flawless, and his attention to detail showed in every aspect of the build. The skirting crew also did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and the overall quality of work from this company. The men who came out to do the ground work were fantastic as well. They made sure every concrete block placed under the home was stable and level. We really enjoyed talking with them while they worked and appreciated the care they took while setting the home in place. There are a few minor cosmetic items that still need to be addressed, but I am confident those will be taken care of. They have earned our trust, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home here. Now we just need to get our decks built and we have our dream home❤️
