Even if you don’t mind the price, don’t worry. They will raise it. The management in the office doesn’t treat everyone equal either. Bring a mower and roach killer. I have never had a big issue until I came here. Now I have to spray every month or I will have roaches in my house.

The RV sites here are old mobile home sites. The concrete pads are nowhere near the hookups. The sites are not improved or maintained except for mowing. The pool was broken before Memorial Day, and still not fixed as of 4th of July weekend. Our original site had the electric box exposed to the elements. We called and explained that we weren't comfortable with using it, so they moved us to another site. That box was still broken when we left.
