I hate to do this as I'm really not the type of person to leave a review on anything no matter how good or bad... But please if you are reading this do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. Yes, it is a nice building inside and out, and all of the employees are great (however myself and others have had *noteworthy* experiences with the manager), but aside from that it's a pretty rough experience. The wifi feels like its out more than it isn't, and every single time we're met with the same "We are looking for a permanent solution". I understand it's a complicated issue but you are an apartment complex housing ~95% college students who REALLY need wifi, you'd think after dozens of wifi outages we'd have some type of solution or AT LEAST compensation of some sort. And it's not just the wifi that's bad. The elevators are out of order somewhat frequently, and the "rules" for trash pick up (which you get fined for if you do not comply with) are incredibly arbitrary, and (IMO) unfair considering you can't even provide stable wifi. Don't get me wrong, none of these things in itself (aside from maybe the wifi issue) is life altering, however all of this combined with the fact that it is ONE OF if not the most expensive apartment complex in Stillwater makes it hard to justify living here. Rent in itself isn't TOO bad, but they pile up charges on top of rent which definitely adds up. Keep in mind this is my personal experience, but my advice would be; If you're gonna pay $800+ a month to live in Stillwater Oklahoma, find a better spot because as of now Midtown is not the move.

Place gets worse every year. So glad we ARE ALMOST OUT OF HERE. Nickle and dime you for everything, internet down most of the time and you cannot contact anyone but a AI (Hunter) acting like a manager. IF you do decide to stay here make sure you read the contract and fully understand it, they will try and slip things in. Contracts have a lot of gray area writing so ask questions and keep it in writing. The rental insurance is another joke, get your own and its pulling teeth to get that submitted and applied since its through a third party and they will charge you every month like you don't have it until it gets applied. I also really would like to see how much electricity is charged per apartment for how much they charge each person, place is a joke.

internet never works, tenants are disgusting and dirty the hallways-treating it like it’s the street, throwing empty beer cans on the ground and such. currently the elevator hasn’t worked for about 3 days and they have “no clue” when it will be up and running again, the baseboard sin my bathroom aren’t even connected to the wall fully and the shower pressure is better in a hose outside. the fire alarms go off more than they did when i lived in booker and the mail room is constantly covered in mail despite the posted sign❤️❤️❤️ don’t live here. for the love of god. i’m regretting my decision on renewing my lease. hopefully whatever private equity firm that owns this place can get their heads out of their posterior and actually care about the people living here.

New company bought the building this past year… WiFi is consistently out and not working, rent is increased year over year, and the company that bought the building is not able to be contacted and does not care about its residents whatsoever. Consistent price increases for a decrease in services.

Be cool if kids could get a parking permit when there are plenty of spaces available.
