  If i could give this apartment 0 stars i would they are unprofessional they do not care about their tenants they do not let us know when people are going to be entering their apartment they’re is dog shit in the halls when you call the apartment it sends you straight to a clanker no real person what the hell is this establishment you need to do better.

  Tons of hidden fees except to pay 820+ and if you get their parking it’s another 75$. Good building, the quality of everything in the apartment rooms are really good. However the building smells like weed 24/7. The rent is to high even tho the people that helped me sign said after EVERYTHING it would max be 800(I got the crazy expensive parking for some reason) but now I am paying 1k/month. WiFi never works and it’s terrible wifi in general. The buildings fire alarms went off from 11pm till 5am because the building manager “didn’t feel like getting up”(quoted from an employee) and coming to the building to give the firefighters the shot off key. People smoke weed in the commons area till 1-2am every night and u can smell and hear them. As well as people playing pickleball.

  Parents- this place is a scam. They will make up fees as they go and nickel and dime you for everything. They count on no one holding them accountable. They're not even a company based in Oklahoma, and they certainly do not care about the kids. Please read your leases and watch your online accounts - and know the Oklahoma Tenant Laws! If you find discrepancies, Google what to do about landlords taking advantage of renters through unwarranted fees. The apartments are nothing special, the hallways feel and looks like a scene from The Walking Dead, and expect to be really hot in the summer and run your AC trying to keep up with the heat because of the big, cheap windows. If they've done you wrong, speak up because there is strength in numbers. If enough people shed light on the wrongs being committed, someone will take notice.

  The office staff was very helpful and informative. David helped me with my pricing and rent questions and the manager was great at explaining the application process and putting me at ease. Great prices and beautiful property

  I came in for a tour and Riece was so patient and warm! She answered all of my questions and it was so nice to get info straight from the manager! David was also very helpful in breaking down the pricing and clearing up any confusion.
