  Truly one of the best places! Augustus in the office is hands down one of the nicest employees — always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Every interaction with him is a great experience, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps. Highly recommend this place thanks to his outstanding service!

  DONT MOVE IN HERE! My experience after only living here 3 months has been awful. Despite how much they charge tenents, they have the cheapest wifi provider in the world. They at least used to send out messages every day saying it’ll be fixed soon, and that they’re working on a permanent solution. But it continues to go out for multiple hours every day, and they don’t even text anything anymore. They’ll probably respond to this review saying the same bs about wifi (they’re not gonna ever fix it). Halls smells like weed 24-7, they don’t pick up trash on time. The parking garage has not once been full, yet they haven’t sold any additional parking passes since the beginning of the year. Definitely a waste of money. You can have a better experience in a slightly less nice apartment for cheaper just across the street. Midtown don’t reply to me. Just do better

  TO EVERYONE READING THESE REVIEWS, 90% of the 5 star reviews are from giveaways. Go look at Midtown’s instagram page and the date the reviews were posted. The majority of the positive reviews are only from when they do a gift card giveaway. Also notice how everyone single one of midtown’s replies are AI generated, they couldn’t care less lol. Now for the bulk of this review, the WiFi has been subpar since I got here last year, but over the past month it has been out more times than I can count. Being a student here requires internet connection, and midtown has not taken any effort to resolve this issue. NOT TO MENTION I work part time online with a major company that I had an internship with, and they are now questioning my hours I committed to put in, because the WiFi is always out. This past month I have lost over $1000 in income because I am unable to work. That’s how I pay rent. I’m not sure how else to get Midtown’s attention to resolve this issue, they make a million in revenue a month charging ridiculous prices for rent and random insurance charges, but are still running on an unreliable internet provider. They can’t spare some change to switch internet providers or to fix the current one. For anyone reading these reviews I really just wanted to highlight this issue to hopefully shed some light on how major this issue is. But besides this, I’d still give it a one star for a multitude of reasons, including my car being falsely towed and Midtown just painting over mold in my bathroom instead of removing it. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
