  I actually really love these apartments. Maintenance people are really nice, office lady is really nice and the apartment is remodeled and cozy. At first when I read the reviews I was honestly really worried cuz I saw some stuff about bugs and other negative stuff. but I have been living here for going on 3-4 months now and haven't seen a bug plus they spray every month. It's really hard to find a place you can feel at home at in this price range. nowadays anything under like 1,200 is kinda of trashy, in the city where I came from even places at that price range were still a problem this place though is actually really decent for the price and I'm really glad I moved here

  Trish in the Office was a great help to my family making sure we were comfortable with the process and pricing. Got us in quick and easy most definitely recommend her for great customer service at Sherwood!

  I want to preface this by saying I’m not typically a person who leaves reviews. But Trish deserves one. She has gone above and beyond to make our move in and anything after an absolute breeze. Any questions I had she answered quickly, and problems we came across she resolved as fast as she could. She is the sweetest and friendliest person and she truly makes living here better. We have had such a wonderful experience with Sherwood Pointe apartments thanks to her.

  Trish is an amazing manager. I'm so thankful that Jamie is no longer managing this property. If it wasnt for Trish I wouldn't have renewed my lease. Professional, Understanding, Caring, and very helpful. All things I can say Trish is, and Jamie is far from.
