  Brian has been absolutely amazing to work with! I’m currently in the process of buying a mobile home, and he’s made everything so smooth and stress-free. He’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit—not just making a sale. He’s been patient with all my questions, super knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. You can tell he really goes above and beyond for his customers.   I went there solely to look and to ask about monthly payments. Due to credit score , I was approved for all things on their lot. Credit will not pay the payments , so I wanted to stay around 1400. Found a home that I liked.. didn't love but I really liked. Price was advertised as 130,000 . Get to near end and sign and it was 176,000. Um... no thanks .
