  My niece lives here. She has been very dissatisfied this past month. The air conditioner in her unit is not working. Maintenance came by every day last week and did a few things to ac unit without results. The thermostat registers 78-80 every late afternoon to evening and it is set at 72. The pool is hardly ever open, the weight room has not been available for 2-1/2 years. Many times this year her apartment has had leaking ceiling with no repairs.

  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANYMORE BUSINESS, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY.. Floods, roaches (even if your clean), lazy maintenance workers, trash everywhere, shootings, people will back into your car and not say anything, broke down vehicles, non disabled people parking in the disabled spot… I could sit here all day and name reasons as to why you SHOULDN’T live here. You deserve better than this place, even the roaches deserve a better place to live in.. that should show you how bad it is here.

  Falls creek apartments has poor management and the owners need to visit the property and make sure that the people they hired to manage their property is doing the job because right now it is poorly being managed things are not getting fixed in a properly manner if they do come in here to do something they have to do it and tell you that they will be back to finish it and then they never come back until you have to recall the office again and remind the manager oh what needed to be fixed in the first place I have been living here for 14 years and this is the worst management I have ever seen in my life and I would advise anyone that is trying to move into these apartments not to do so because you will be sadly disappointed I am looking for a new place to move as soon as possible and it said that you have to leave somewhere that you have been for 14 years but the management treats me is really bad and I’m sick of it
