  Set an appointment to tour, once I got there the door said closed. Waited several minutes calling to no avail but seen someone walk in anyways so I followed. After waiting and waiting I just got up and walked up to an office asking about my tour and was told they didn’t even have any of the apartments I was set to look at available. Communication is completely horrible I couldn’t imagine living here. Don’t even waste your time.

  I have lived here for almost 4 years now and this past month has been the best that I have seen to date, i believe the management that is here now along with a new maintenance team who has shown more care and effort with much better attitudes, communication and showing more respect and the willingness to help the residents resolve the long waited issues here and the trash is being picked up on a regular basis now, with all the new changes in staff it's been very quiet and peaceful especially throughout the evenings and over nights making it an overall great place to live in a very short time !!

  I’ve been living here for 10 years but the last year and a half has been hell !!!! My apartment and bathroom flooded numerous times leaving mildew smell. So now I’m forced to move because management won’t replace the wood flooring. Majority of the time I’ve done my own minor repairs because maintenance would always say., I’ll be there tomorrow but never shows . After 7 years i had to even paint my own apartment. I’ve lost count of how many different management I’ve had since I’ve been here.Hopefully I’ll find an apartment where management actually give a damn.

  Falls creek apartments has poor management and the owners need to visit the property and make sure that the people they hired to manage their property is doing the job because right now it is poorly being managed things are not getting fixed in a properly manner if they do come in here to do something they have to do it and tell you that they will be back to finish it and then they never come back until you have to recall the office again and remind the manager oh what needed to be fixed in the first place I have been living here for 14 years and this is the worst management I have ever seen in my life and I would advise anyone that is trying to move into these apartments not to do so because you will be sadly disappointed I am looking for a new place to move as soon as possible and it said that you have to leave somewhere that you have been for 14 years but the management treats me is really bad and I’m sick of it
