  My husband and I spent years deciding on buying a home or staying in our tiny home. As a first time buyer this has been a wonderful experience and Johnny at Clayton Homes was wonderful and I highly recommend as well as Cheyenne and Kim for their help with the closing and service process. Everyone was more than accommodating. We closed on Friday, Jan 2nd and home was delivered that Tuesday and keys given today. 100/10 thank you all at Clayton Homes. Sorry I cant give you more stars.

  Absolutely fantastic experience! Johnny was incredibly responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. Johnny was very patient with us. He helped us find our dream home. His expertise in the market and strategic approach resulted in a successful sale. He navigated the entire experience with professionalism. He kept me informed and eased my concerns. Quick responses whenever we texted or called. I highly recommend Johnny for anyone seeking a dedicated and effective salesman. We will let everyone we know Clayton homes is the place to go!

  Our home arrived with a non-functioning AC (wired wrong), a well that was never purged (mud clogged in pipes, faucets and appliances), a pressure tank installed incorrectly and filled with—yes—more mud, and a driveway so poorly done the gravel is nonexistent. When we reported issues less than 24 hours of them handing the keys over, we were told to “figure it out.” To top it off, we were informed that any transport-related damage can’t be fixed until another modular home is shipped from Texas. Meaning repairs may take months. Based on the quality of the work, we’re left seriously questioning the competence of the contractors involved and whether the individuals completing this work were properly qualified to do so. It’s been a charming way to ring in the new year: no water pressure, clogged fixtures, and zero accountability. Would not recommend

  If I could give them lower than 1 star I would!!!! Buying our home was easy breezy. But we were made all these promises that DID NOT HAPPEN! We bought a lot model with the promise that everything wrong with the home would be repaired and that has NOT happened. We have been LIVING in our home for 2 months and no repairs have been made, let alone the month it sat delivered before we could move in. The service department is a joke, they tell you to text with emergencies but never respond. We have been with NO HOT WATER FOR OVER A WEEK!! They tell us to contact the hot water tank company, the hot water company tells us it was faulty and purchase and to contact Clayton. DO JOT PURCHASE YOUR HOME FROM HERE!!!!!

  Me and my wife worked with Johnathan when we was purchasing a manufactured home and the experience with him and the Clayton Home members was fantastic and super simple and Johnathan was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had and he got things done in a timely manner. Jhonny went above and beyond when helping us find the right home and making sure we were happy as customers.
