  Kirk F was exceptional to help us with looking at the homes that might meet our needs! He gave us info to look at on our own time as well and we met the GM to discuss further details. Great experience!

  We first started looking at homes January 31st 2026! We found one that we fell in love with and closed on 2-7-2026, we decided to do demolition on our previous mobile home and got everything set up and moved in 2-20-2026! Our salesman is Travis Keeley! He made our process simple and helped with absolutely everything when it came to the contractors! I have never felt more welcome when it came to looking for a mobile home and closing! Very impressed with Clayton Homes in OKC! Everybody who I met has been incredible!

  I had looked at several other manufactured homes before going to Clayton homes. The sales manager Rip Ohley was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot of them. He was very understanding, patient and helpful. Best experience I have had in a while. Thank you to all the staff there. You guys are GREAT! I love my new home!

  I will come back to Clayton Homes and RIP OHLEY a thousand times over. Rip walked us through the process with ease and was completely understanding and unfazed by a few personal setbacks we encountered along the way. I love a salesman that doesn't push the buyer too hard just to make a sale. He is straight forward and doesnt give you any run around.

  EDIT: Going through the purchase process and getting the home was easy and great. However, it seems that any thing to do with things that need to be repaired is a nightmare. A walkthrough is done after the home is delivered and everything that needs to be repaired is written down and things are ordered for that which takes about 2 to 4 weeks.. I had a service tech come out to do the repairs on our home (one example of many: our cabinet over our coffee bar is literally separating from the ceiling) and I took off for all the repairs to be done and nothing could be done because he had wrong cabinet doors, locks, and he didn't have his tools like his cabinet lift that was in his truck that is broke down so not only did he not have the correct replacements - he didn't have any of his correct tools nor did the grill we also have been waiting for get delivered.. So the tech did ANOTHER walkthrough and we have to wait another 2 to 4 weeks for things to be repaired....the house was delivered on jan. 9th....we are still waiting on skirting. Not looking good on the service side of things. Ill update my review once everything is finalized. My husband and I spent years deciding on buying a home or staying in our tiny home. As a first time buyer this has been a wonderful experience and Johnny at Clayton Homes was wonderful and I highly recommend as well as Cheyenne and Kim for their help with the closing and service process. Everyone was more than accommodating. We closed on Friday, Jan 2nd and home was delivered that Tuesday and keys given today. 100/10 thank you all at Clayton Homes. Sorry I cant give you more stars.
