We scheduled a self-guided tour and the app was pretty informative and helpful and the office staff met us halfway and gave us a more in depth experience. Also they gave us merch so that was a little perk when leaving. Overall great apartments and very helpful staff.

I do have some gripes that leave me with less than 5 stars— lack of accurate communication of when maintenance or contractors will be in (contract states that they will give a 24-hour window, they give 3-day or more windows (especially in the summer)), the pool could use some repairs and upgrades, regularly overflowing in the package room (with very little security for those packages, I’ve personally had 2 stolen), lack of clear communication as to the requirements of allergy notice, and a few other nitpicks that reduce it from 5-stars. Overall, a great and convenient place to live that suits a wide variety of needs. Not perfect, but highly recommended for the price and amenities.
