Transportation from the property to campus is convenient, as the bus runs throughout the week, and you can track its real-time location using the EMBARK Norman app. The mesh on our balcony was already broken when I moved in, but the maintenance staff responded promptly to my request and fixed it within a day.

Had great feedback about my questions from the service team and was notified that there were only a few spots left with the rate that I wanted. Was hastily doing my application but then got hit with an error on the last step of the application. Contacted support and within like 20 minutes they found a different solution for me to submit my application! I’m now approved and a future resident of Montara Park and it couldn’t had been done without the amazing staffs here!

With the kitchen and living room being perfect for hanging out with your roommates or having guests over for game day is awesome! Very impressed for the price they are offering!
