  The best property management I have worked with. I rented with them for about 3 years. Maintenance requests were answered within 48 hours or sooner, every time. Had a question, got a same day response. Super nice people. Only reason I moved was because I no longer liked living in Norman but I would definitely rent through them again.

  If I could give a 0 star I would. Save your money and find a better Company to rent with.

  Bare Property Management is the absolute best at what they do. They go out of their way to take care of tenants and property owners.

  I contacted them because I was moving from a different state to Norman for my job. I moved in and couple months later My six month old son passed away from Sids in their property 611 Hoover st. This all happened in less than a 3 week span. Around June 8th 2025 I contacted them and said I wouldn’t be able to pay rent that month because I had to pay to lay my son. My first month ever being late. They knew I was out of state I contacted them about cash for keys any deal to get my deposit back to be able to get funds to move my things, everything was denied. So I was unable to move all my things. Eventually, I had to leave every single thing behind because around the 15th was a notice on my door saying forcible entry. Thats when I returned the keys. I have text messages/emails of them saying that they have to tell the Property Owner that they won’t be getting rent that month and how big of an inconvenience it is for them. I also had a break in when I was out of town they tried to charge me for even though I have a police report. They only contacted me and asked me was any damage to the property not If i was OK or if anyone was hurt. Only if there were damages to their property, unfortunately police didn’t tell me there was any damages so I said no but they’re saying I damaged something even with the valid police report. When I moved in I gently placed their shower head under the cabinet my entire stay I had used my own shower head because theirs was moldy/scummy. When I left I simply left their shower head in the bathtub unbroken. They tried to charge me for that too. It’s Companies like you that push hard-working people over the edge. I got out of there in less than 3 weeks because of the forceable entry note on my door. Unfortunately I had to leave every thing behind even things from my son that I will never see again because I didn’t have the funds at the time to pay rent or move my things out despite trying to work out the bare minimum with this management company every attempt was twisted against me. I was still working all I needed was a little bit of time and understanding and I was going to get out of there with my things but the amount of time, stress and pressure that bare property put on me while I was already under so much I had to leave it all behind, a few diamond rings and diamond earrings. Many other valuable things as well. Even my job gave me more compassion than this management company.

  Canceled my showing after a 35 minute notice, as shown in their text below. (Both of their 'please confirm' texts came at the same time, notice how they didn't time stamp one. The cute "no response from you" conveniently forgets to add that their office was CALLED for more information on Dec 2). They weren't willing to let me tour all of the properties I was interested in, anyway. All communication with them was cold/mostly automated, despite my attempt at trying to be warm, as evidenced in their text below. The call with their office was worse, they definitely don't want to hear from you on the phone! I won't apologize for working nights and not responding by "1pm" when you were going to cancel at 12:35pm anyway. I woke up early at 1:30 to see the cancelation when, again, there was zero communication from anyone I interacted with that I would need to confirm my appointment within a 30 minute window on the DAY of. Thank you for your response to my review and giving me the opportunity to edit it for clarity. I appreciate you bringing the receipts.
