  Raul has been a great addition to 35 West Apartments. In just over a year, he and his maintenance team have made a noticeable difference around the property. When something does come up, as it naturally will... Raul handles it quickly, professionally, and with real pride in his work. The community itself is in a great location with plenty to do nearby, and it truly feels like home. The putt‑putt area, grill and lounge space, beautiful pool, and gym all add to the experience. With Raul helping keep everything running smoothly, this property is truly glad to have him on board.

  Lived here for over a year, and we just upgraded from 1br to 2, and I would like to give a shout out to Dalecia for helping us out with the whole process. It was a lot of paperwork and she was definitely on top of it with us! We had been looking to upgrade for a couple months now and were not having any luck getting that ball rolling, but once we spoke to Dalecia she got on top of it right away. Also, the maintenance team is amazing! Raul is the best and always makes sure to come and handle everything as soon as possible, and is always so helpful with everything. Really appreciate you both, thank you!

  Lived at 35 west for 3 years. Loved the convenience of being close by to a bunch of restaurants/ stores in general. Loved the convenience of being next to I-35. Even though the gates were constantly broken (which at some point it became convenient to have them broken) I have never felt more safe to live in an apartment than I did with 35 west. It’s very kid friendly too! I loved that I lived in front of the playground/ basketball court because it made watching my nieces and nephews so much easier. Parking was always available, and even better was that I could always find parking that was near my building/ apartment. It’s a pretty quiet apartment building, however you do hear a lot sirens from first responders near the surrounding area. The reason I didn’t give a five star review, was simply because towards the end of my contract I did experience a difficult time regarding confirmation on my paperwork for my 60 day notice.. It was a lot of back and forth, and not enough reassurance that things were actually good..Luckily, the current management helped out with my situation and basically made that experience a bit better. Overall, I would say they are expensive, but they are worth it! They do offer a military rate by the way!

  I love everyone here. From the new management company to Brooklyn to Raul and the maintenance team. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and have always worked with me in anything i’ve needed. I’ve lived here several years and the community is safe and maintenance is always quick to respond.

  I’ve stayed here for about 4 years. No complaints. The customer service from ya ya in the front office is great! Heck of a gal! Maintenance crew are pretty cool dudes too! Overall great experience living here. Just lower the rent a tad lol :)
