  As a medical professional and future law student, I hold high standards for professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience with Regency Apartments has been deeply disappointing and I strongly advise military personnel and others to avoid this property, despite its proximity to base. During my time here, quality-of-life issues were pervasive. Frequent disturbances from neighbors—including incidents of screaming late at night and even episodes of gun violence—made the environment unsafe and disruptive. While the rent initially appeared affordable, it quickly became clear that you get exactly what you pay for in terms of living conditions and peace of mind. Equally concerning is the conduct of management and corporate operations. Nearly two years after moving out, I was unexpectedly charged an $800 “cleaning fee,” without justification or proper communication. Attempts to resolve this issue through staff or corporate channels have been met with silence. Such practices reflect poorly on the company’s values and raise serious concerns about transparency and fairness. In summary, Regency Apartments may offer convenient access to base, but the combination of unsafe conditions, poor management, and questionable corporate billing practices make it a place I cannot recommend. I encourage fellow service members and professionals to consider safer and more reliable alternatives.
