I cannot say enough amazing things about Neija at Oxford Oaks Apartments in Edmond! From the very first interaction, she has been incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of.
Neija is always quick to respond, helpful with any questions or concerns, and truly makes the whole living experience so much better. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the positive atmosphere she helps create throughout the community.
If you’re looking for a place where management truly cares, Oxford Oaks is it, Neija is a huge reason why. Highly recommend!
Nice property with a helpful staff. It’s been a reliable and pleasant place to live. Nice scenery too I like the trail, and the tennis court 10/10!
I’ve lived here for a while now and have truly seen so many positive improvements recently! The management team has made a huge difference, Stephanie and Rylee are absolutely spectacular to work with. You can genuinely tell they care about the residents, and they go above and beyond to make living here more enjoyable.
I also have to give a big shoutout to Jason, the head of maintenance. He’s amazing! When my AC stopped working, he responded quickly and got it fixed fast and efficiently. I’m so grateful for how smooth he made the whole situation.
Overall, I love living here and really appreciate the effort the team puts in every day!

Don’t apply here. The leasing agents will try to sweet-talk you, saying things like “don’t worry, we’ll work with you” or “we’ll get you approved,” but that’s not how it plays out. At worst, they’ll mention a double deposit like it’s no big deal.
Ashley the leasing agent there, will call to remind you to go ahead and fill out the application, which costs about $100 plus fees. They use a third-party service for the application process, and honestly, some of those sites seem questionable. If the system crashes while you’re filling it out, they may still deny you outright even if you have a decent credit score and don’t expect much follow-up.
Ashley likely won’t call you back; instead, you’ll just get an email saying you weren’t approved. If you do manage to reach her, she may act like she doesn’t even remember you and respond as if you’re a complete stranger. 😂😂 that was our experience with Ashley! Never again diffidently disputed those application fees!
