Her communication was exceptional. She kept us updated at every stage, answered our questions promptly, and explained each step clearly and thoroughly.   I purchased my dream home and while I am overall very happy with the house that I purchased there were and are several issues and concerns that Craig Delano should have shared with me, instead he made the conscious decision of ensuring that I was not fully informed. Frankly, I feel like Craig took advantage of me by acting as both mine and the seller’s realtor and I would never recommend him to someone looking to buy or sell a home. Any realtor acting on the best interest of their client would have advised me to ask for concessions or at the very least a home warranty. Not only did he tell me that certain issues were fixed when they were not but he also did not advise me to inquire about previous repairs and issues that should have been evident to any realtor worth their salt and that could have structural or future implications. Either Craig Delano is ignorant and incapable of advising anyone on the purchase of a home or he is untrustworthy, manipulative, and deceptive in the pursuit of an extra dollar
