  Matt has been a game changer for me as an out of state investor. When you’re investing from another state, you’re completely dependent on your Realtor’s market knowledge, communication, and work ethic and Matt delivered on all of it. In just 5 months, he helped me find and close on three properties, all aligned with my investment goals. I’m also very picky we evaluated 20+ homes, including reviewing each HOA rules and CCRs to make sure each deal fit my strategy. Matt stayed patient, thorough, and never cut corners. What really stood out was his responsiveness and follow through. He was always one step ahead, from finding deals to getting them across the finish line. If you’re serious about buying especially from out of state Matt is someone you can trust. Looking forward to doing more deals together.

  Thanks so much to Sam G. for all the help he provided on our recent home sale. We encountered many difficulties along the way, and never imagined it would be so complicated, so we really appreciated all Sam did to make it work smoothly. We couldn't have found a nicer realtor and highly recommend him.

  I attempted to contact this company multiple times but only reached generic AI-generated answering messages. After emailing, a man named Zach eventually called. He told me they do not work in the area where I am looking for a home, even though a previous realtor from this company had worked with me to buy a home in that area and stated they are licensed statewide, which Zach confirmed. When I asked how another realtor from his company had been able to sell to me in that same area, Zach made a sarcastic comment and mentioned that is why the other realtor no longer sells with them full time. Zach was unpersonable, rude, and seemed rushed to end the call once I started asking questions. Later, another woman from the company called and confirmed they can sell in the area where I am looking—it just requires more work. This means Zach was dishonest with me, and I received conflicting information. During the call, she laughed and spoke sarcastically, as if my concerns were a joke. The entire experience was rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I would not recommend this company.
