I’m living here for more than 2 years, there is som pros and cons anywhere, I like living here because it’s a safe area. The biggest problem for me was my neighbor on the top floor who was tooooo loud and used to move all her stuff during day and night and it was like sb doing it in my room and I couldn’t sleep at night, The situation is really hard and when you’re student and you have to work, you must get some sleep at night and I literally couldn’t. I was complaining for almost a year mannnyyyyyy times, The management all the time says they talk to her, but nothing changed still. I think this is the thing that management should work on it to do their job better not just care about paying the rent monthly, and keeping people here. when I respect your privacy you should respect others in my opinion.
i’ve lived here for a while, and overall my experience has been mixed — there are definitely some positives, but also several issues that future residents should be aware of.
Pros:
• Great location: It’s extremely convenient for UCO students, with the bus stop nearby and easy access to Walmart, Target, and other amenities.
• Friendly management: The staff members are generally nice when interacting in person.
• Maintenance is reliable: Requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and things do get fixed quickly.
• Active community events: The property hosts events fairly often, which is a nice touch if you enjoy a sense of community.
Cons:
• Aging building: The building is pretty old, and it shows — the floors and ceilings often look like they’re going to fall apart.
• Unexpected charges: They can add duplicate or unexplained charges, especially during move-out, so check your fees very carefully.
• Nickel-and-diming: It feels like there’s a charge for every small thing, often without clear explanation.
• Very slow email responses: Communication is not their strong suit. Even when you ask for updates, replies can take a long time, if they come at all.
• Poor handling of roommate issues: In my experience, they only send emails and don’t actually take meaningful action to resolve problems.
Overall, it’s an okay place to live if you prioritize location and quick maintenance, but the lack of communication, extra charges, and building conditions bring it down. A decent option — just make sure to document everything and keep track of your fees.

I’ve been staying at the rendezvous for over two years now and it was one of the best decisions I made when I moved to college. The staff has always been responsive and helpful! Never had an issue with resolving problems whether it’s maintenance or website/rent issues. They try to make their residents feel welcomed and always have an event or activity going on to bring the community together. I would highly recommend living here!
