  I've been living here a year and a half and my experience with this apartment complex has been very nice. The apartment manager is it nice black woman who handles her business she cares about the community and the children and that's what really counts! Just transferred to a three-bedroom and it is lovely nice carpet everything works correctly and I am grateful.

  Just FYI they don’t take people who owe money to another complex even if it was years ago. I have no evictions and owe a balance to another complex from when I was 18. She said they won’t take someone if they owe more than $100 🤣🤣

  Based off the phone call alone I wouldn’t lease let alone tour this place. The woman I spoke with was very rude and argumentative. I was just trying to get information

  I moved in my place the beginning of January,2026 ,Shannon helped me out so much and got a apartment down stairs as I requested and everything in my place is nice everything is new I love it and the things that needed to be fixed that I brought to their attention after saying something twice it got taken care of everything was done the same day. I really appreciate Shannon very good customer service she went an extra mile for me and I appreciate it. And so did the property manager. She helped a lot to get me into my apartment. Thank you both for your support and help.
