  These apartments have been an excellent living experience. My wife and I lived here with toddlers in 2007 and they have improved so much since then. We moved back here in November 2024 as I was fighting cancer and could no longer take on the yard work of a house, and am so thankful we did. In a year and a half we have never had bugs at all. The pools have been well maintained and they are always making improvements around the property. What few maintenance issues we have had are always addressed in a timely manner, and Tim specifically specifically has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to see that our issues were well taken care of. Today was again one of those days that reminded me how blessed we really are to live here and figured I was due to drop a good review. Thank you Council Crossing apartments and I hope you know what an excellent man Tim is!

  This place cause my daughter to almost miss my grandsons last breath! They towed their car without a warninging because it had gotten a flat over night.My grandson died and she didnt even get to hold him one last time alive because of these people. They prey on any visitors you have as well as the people who live here! IT WAS HER FIRST NIGHT LIVING THERE! NEVER GOT TO BRING THE 2 YEAR OLD HOME! I HONESTLY THINK THAT SOMEBODY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE HERE GETS PAID a% Of ALL THE TOWS THAT GET CALLED IN, OTHER WISE THEY WOULD WANT TO KEEP THE PEACE WITH TENANTS NOT GET THEM EXTRA CHARGES FROM THIS ALREADY HIGH COST TO LIVE IN APARTMENTS THAT HAVE MOLD BLOWING THROUGH THE VENTS! THEY TOW YOU FOR :EXPIRED TAG / FLAT TIRE /CAR LOOKS LIKE IT DONT START/ RUN YOR TAG AND NO INS ! GONE! AND GOD FOR BID YOUR TIRE GOES FLAT ON THE DAY YOUR LICENSE EXPIRES AND YOU TRY TO AIR IT UP IN THE PARKING LOT! PEOPLE NEED A BREAK EVER ONCE IN A WHILE , NOT HAVING A HOME THAT ALWAYS TRYING TO GET YOU DEEPER IN DEBT! I HOPE YOUR OFFICE GETS RIGHT WITH GOD BECAUSE THE KARMA YOU GOT COMMING WORKS THROUGH HARMONY PRAYER AND YOU SEEING SOMBODY YOU LOVE GET WHAT YOU HAVE DELT OUT TO FOLKS DONE AND NOTHING, NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO CHANGE IT WOULD BE THE BEST PART OF IT° PICK A SIDE CAUSE MY WIFES PRAYERS ARE HEARD! PICK A CHURCH AND STOP WITH THE GREED OR YOU WILL SURLY SUFFER FROM IT!

  This property provides incorrect information through its leasing office, then refuses to take responsibility when residents rely on what staff tells them. I was explicitly misinformed about charges and policies and later told it was my problem for believing their own employee. When I addressed the issue calmly, the staff member immediately began referencing things like “from a judge’s point of view,” which was inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt more like intimidation than customer service. For a property charging nearly $3,000 a month, the lack of training, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. Get everything in writing — verbal assurances here mean nothing. I do not recommend this property.
