  We were charged over $700 for the dishwasher and other extra amount for different stuffs after moving out. However, the house already had an old, used dishwasher when we moved in, and the kitchen cabinets and other areas were not in good condition. Despite that, we cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place looking much better than before. When we first moved in, the property was managed by Grey Real Estate, but later it was suddenly transferred to McGraw without any prior notice to us. We were not informed that a different company would take over management during contract sign. The house was already in an older condition when we moved in, but it seems the new management assumed everything had been brand new and charged us extra costs. They did not return our security deposit ($1500) and instead, we had to pay an additional amount on top of it. If the property had still been managed by the original company, we believe we would not have been charged these unfair fees, since we had been good tenants with them since 2021. Unfortunately, after McGraw took over, we ended up losing our deposit and having to pay more. It was a very disappointing experience. Again, the house was not a brand new built when we moved in, we made that house much better looking and suitable to stay than it it was before.We chose to stay there mainly for the location as it was near our school, not for the house’s condition or quality. I don’t recommend to anybody.

  Overpriced units swear that the unit was ready to move in was not ready said it was remodeled when it wasn't all they did was put a new appliances in and then cancel orders for stuff that needs to be done and then say that you were in charge of paying for it to get done when it was messed up when you moved in and on the listing for the duplex says that I had central heat and air it did not had window units in the picture for the kitchen was not even the kitchen in this house
