  What can I say. Building a new home with Ryan Homes at Clear Creek Run has been a great and life changing experience! Shortly after losing my mom unexpectedly, I knew I needed to find a larger home to be able to move my dad in. After spending weeks talking with realtors and visiting homes, I realized any home I chose we will have to remodel. So one day I saw a sign for the new Ryan Homes and thought maybe? Always thinking building a home would be well out of my budget. That’s when god sent his angel! Lindsey Krupp. Wow is mostly what I can say. She has a warm welcoming demeanor and seems to always be smiling. She took me right under her wing and helped me choose a beautiful new home that I could actually afford! She then continued to explain every detail in normal terms continuing to make the experience excellent. She gave a shoulder to cry on, dealt with an extreme amount of questions, and was truly a great support. She honestly should be the face of Ryan Homes! Then comes Justin Turner, our builder. He met with me and went over every detail and followed up on progress weekly as the home was being built. Once completed, Justin gave us a through walk through and explained everything. After closing, he helped with getting us all set up to move in! He’s done a great job even just checking in if we have any questions. The home is beautiful and everything I could ask for.

  We had a great experience working with the Ryan Homes team of Lindsay Krupp in sales and Justin Turner as building project manager. Lindsay made the process of choosing type of house, lot and picking our package very easy. Justin kept us in the loop of the building of our home with weekly phone calls, has answered our questions, and is still taking care of us after moving in weeks ago.
