  I lived here for one year before moving since I had an job 1 hour away. During my time in this area, management were so kind to me. I was always at work but whenever I was not, it was such an great place to live. I always felt safe and I had an garage which made it easier to get to my job and back since it was in Cleveland at the time. Since I moved out and some of my packages came here by accident, management has been so acceptable in letting me come to get it.

  If you value your life, do not live here. I just moved out at the end of March, and this place has a huge roach infestation and bed bug problem. The bug exterminator is out at these apartments at least 3 times a week. The 2 front office women are liars, and all they care about is getting people to move in to lock you into a contract. Do not live here, or you will become intangled in their predatory leasing agreement and infested with bugs.

  I have lived here for many years, and in the beginning I absolutely loved this complex and the management and staff. It brings me great disappointment and sadness to say that with the new management change as of a little over a year ago this place has completely fallen apart. Not only has the management raised our rent and car parking each year, they now charge you for rental insurance and will tac on the fee if you don't get it yourself. We used to have fun movie nights in the theater room, theme parties, BBQ's, game nights and more.Now our buildings water gets shut off at least twice a month for hours at a time. The hallways are stained and smell, the elevators are ALWAYS smelling foul! I mean how much does it cost for a timed air freshener??! All the new management cares about is money now. SO many people are or have moved out within the last year because of these issues, people that have been here for YEARS! I strongly suggest thinking twice before you decide to move here.

  We lived in the back building and found it super quiet. A new job out west is the only reason we moved. The management and staff are all superb. Before we even moved in they bent over backwards to fast track a remodeling of an apt we prefered. The place is kept clean even in the tiny corners of a stairwell. I once saw the manager (Kim) get out of her car to pick up a tiny piece of trash behind a building. Who does that at the end of the day? I have always found them responsive. They care as much as anyone can care for a building and the residents. The layout of a 2br 2bath is one of the best in town. The floors are solid concrete so you rarely hear anything. My apt included cooking gas and heat. So much to like! We ended up getting the full security deposit back (we super cleaned). The only downside for us was that we had to drive to everything.
