The office’s team are wonderful , the services are excellent, whenever I send an email to request something for my apartment they send me a maintenance right away . The apartment is renovated and we liked it . This is my second year in it , if we don’t buy a house we will renew our lease . The rent is affordable.

I was always at work but whenever I was not, it was such an great place to live. I always felt safe and I had an garage which made it easier to get to my job and back since it was in Cleveland at the time. Since I moved out and some of my packages came here by accident, management has been so acceptable in letting me come to get it.

Before we even moved in they bent over backwards to fast track a remodeling of an apt we prefered. The place is kept clean even in the tiny corners of a stairwell. I once saw the manager (Kim) get out of her car to pick up a tiny piece of trash behind a building. Who does that at the end of the day? I have always found them responsive. They care as much as anyone can care for a building and the residents. The layout of a 2br 2bath is one of the best in town. The floors are solid concrete so you rarely hear anything. My apt included cooking gas and heat. So much to like! We ended up getting the full security deposit back (we super cleaned). The only downside for us was that we had to drive to everything.
