- KKKDec 18, 20241.0I would advise anyone considering a Pulte home to reconsider. I own a townhome of this same floorplan in one of their nearby communities. I have found the home cheaply built with poor craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have had several warranty issues. Currently, my main shower has been leaking through to the ceiling below. After months of back and forth, communication is very slow, they have the shower company here to try and patch the leak. They are going to replace some tile with tile of a different shade. When I complained they say matching tile is not covered under warranty. Be warned. It is my opinion, that you will regret your purchase of these overpriced cheaply built houses. I know I do.
