  This has become a place with so much crime, street racing, unruly teenagers cussing and screaming all night plus everything has gone out of business. Several instances of being followed by creepy men with one following me into my friend's apartment building.This has been reported several times without change.

  Great experience at Crocker Park living with Eileen. I saw two apartments in different style buildings, both very nice. The community space open and impressive.

  Simply put, this is exactly where you want to live if your looking for safe, modern, clean, accessible, Interactive, & customizable apartment living. There's a standard here that you feel as soon as you walk through the door at Crocker Park living. There is a feeling of community, a here that comes from not only the members of the community, but first and foremost from the staff! The staff at Crocker Park living goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, to make you feel warm & welcomed. To make you feel safe, and secure and ensure you are getting everything you want. I cannot say enough, 10 out of 10! I've lived here in the past (2023-2024) moved away for work, and I'm going to be coming back because of The Amazing, all around living experience you have here.

  DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE OR PAPERS WITH THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU I had the misfortune of signing a 12 month lease with them to be close to my job in the suburbs of Cleveland. One week after moving in, a family member had a major accident. I left my job and left the apartment in May 2023. I remained without a job for six months taking care of my family member. I did not hear anything from them not one further communication until late January 2026 when I received the letter from a debt collector, informing me that I owe them $24,000 which is the lease for the whole 12 months; for an apartment that I lived in for one week and for which they probably rented a week later. To pay them this money means I file for bankruptcy. All honest apartment complexes will charge a penalty for breaking the lease, which usually is equal one month’s rent. Blood sucking criminals will come after you 2 ½ years later after staying silent all that time, to pay 12 months when you’ve only been there for seven days Update 1/27 to continue the predatory tactics this absolutely unjustified amount has now been reported on my credit, this happened less than 5 days after I was informed of this and without even an opportunity to dispute it. I don’t need to explain the devastating impact. Those people are PREDATORS.

  Two years later, and I will continue to happily call this place home. It has been a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate how comfortable and well-maintained the apartment is.
