  This summer my partner and I decided to take the plunge of buying our first house. Understanding that the market has been extremely competitive, we sat down with John and talked through everything we needed and he came up with a game plan for us. John and the Lubinsky Team were nothing short of incredible. John helped us through every step and went up to bat for us lots of times, landing us in our new wonderful home. John is attentive, incredibly responsive, caring, and made us feel super comfortable with what would have been a very stressful process. I have recommended John and The Lubinsky Team to friends and family since our experience and would to anyone.

  It was not easy deciding to sell a home that we loved, but our family decided to take the plunge. At first we planned to build, but then quickly determined that committing to a year-long process with two moves was not going to work for our lifestyle. We never thought we could find an existing home that lived up to the dream home we’d had in mind and were convinced we’d have to settle for less than perfect. The final outcome exceeded our expectations, and it is all because of John Lubinsky. On a personal level, John is knowledgeable, respectful, realistic, fun and a very good listener. His follow-through is superb. He took the time to really understand what our family needed in a new home and he found it on the first try. We literally looked at four houses one afternoon and he showed us the perfect fit at a far from perfect price. He then negotiated the price right down to the level we budgeted, and we landed a custom-built parade home (never lived in) at a standard tract builder price. Selling our house was the hard part. John got two offers for us right away, one at asking and one 20K above asking. Both offers were from developers. Selling under that scenario got us top dollar, but it was a painfully slow process with bumps along the way. Through the whole thing John was firm with the buyer, sweet-talked our seller into sticking with us despite the delays, and spent many late evenings continuing to work the deal and calm our nerves. The bottom line: John is a great guy that gets great results. We absolutely love our new home! It is beyond what we were hoping for, with a net cost that was within our budget. We highly recommend the Lubinsky Team!

  John took great care of us when we needed to find a house, coming from out of state. Even though most of the transaction had to be handled remotely, we were always very well informed, and guided smoothly through the transaction.
