  Neighbors are nice, and I’ve never had any packages stolen. Nature walk a few steps away. Unfortunately, this has still been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance requests take forever and are rarely fixed correctly the first time. When my water heater leaked, I submitted multiple maintenance requests and emailed management with no results other than notifications saying the work order had been completed. It ultimately required me to take time off work, go to the office in person, and sit there until they addressed the issue. Even then, nothing was planned regarding the mold until I repeatedly insisted they do something about it. I wasn’t allowed to break my lease or transfer to another unit while repairs were made and everything dried out, nor could they prove the mold was not harmful. Management claimed there were no available units, despite their website showing otherwise. Reaching corporate is nearly impossible—they don’t return emails or phone calls. One week after the third visit and a “fixed” leak, the unit started leaking again. Overall, this place is not worth the small amount of money you might save compared to renting elsewhere. If you’re in a tight spot and have no other option, I understand the choice. If you find yourself renting at this location, here’s a bingo card to make the experience feel a little less awful.

  Maintenance is able to come quickly after submitting my requests. Once they arrive, they are fast, efficient, kind and helpful!

  I loved my first few years living here, but the underlying consistent issues remain. The trash pick up is not consistent even though we pay for it every month, and the plowing is atrocious. I have slipped multiple times each winter. The pot holes at the front of the complex are so terrible I have to drive all the way around them to avoid damaging my car and tires. I do love how how much nature we are surrounded by and the proximity to grocery stores and shopping centers, and the community pool is wonderful. The staff and maintenance team are stellar, the underlying issues are the only things that makes me give 3 starts unfortunately.

  I have called texted replied repeatedly you continue to not fix parking lot lights I am beyond frustrated with this I hit holes divots cracks with my walker once falling I have had it
