- JSJan Summers3 days ago2.0I've been a little disappointed in the experience here lately. There has been no snow removal from the common area sidewalks nor have the parking lots been cleared. The Valet Trash service has been half-ass yet we are still expected to pay full price for a service most of us don't even want. This is really the first time I have spoken against the property in the many years I've been here. Oh and one more thing. Those horrible potholes driving into the property. I'm wondering what our grounds keeping fees are going to.

The trash pick up is not consistent even though we pay for it every month, and the plowing is atrocious. I have slipped multiple times each winter. The pot holes at the front of the complex are so terrible I have to drive all the way around them to avoid damaging my car and tires. I do love how how much nature we are surrounded by and the proximity to grocery stores and shopping centers, and the community pool is wonderful. The staff and maintenance team are stellar, the underlying issues are the only things that makes me give 3 starts unfortunately.

However, I just spent part of five days dealing with this problem once again - because no plumber was called. My time is valuable to me and I pay rent for a functional place to live.
