  I’m a recent transplant who moved in (out of state) for a recent job offer. Staff and service are very prompt, helpful, and courteous. Community seems kind, considerate, mostly professionals. Easy walking distance to work (10 minutes flat) and many excellent coffee shops, restaurants close by. Same Day Amazon and Fresh deliveries are a great perk. Low noise. Would highly recommend!

  I toured the property on 2/12 and was greeted by Alexis, who was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming, and made the entire tour such a great experience. I applied the very next day (2/13) and was approved the same day, which made the process even more exciting and stress-free. All of the ladies in the front office made everything so easy and smooth from start to finish. They were professional, kind, and truly helpful every step of the way. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-kept, and feels like home already. My kids and I love it here, and I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

  I just moved and Bianca services has been top tier ! Every emailed answered at an appropriate time. The leasing consultant Alexis has provided answers to any questions had. Mikella is so pet friendly also. Rent here!

  Polaris crossing blvd apartments offers a very comfortable living experience with all the necessary facilities. The management is responsive and any maintenance issues are handled quickly.Even small services like Xerox and printouts are easily available, which is very convient,its a well-managed place to stay

  We moved in yesterday and the whole process went really smoothly. We arrived pretty late, but Mikella was kind enough to stay after hours and help us finish our move-in. That honestly made such a difference for us. Otherwise, we would’ve had to wait two more days, and the thought of staying in a hotel with all our stuff and our cat was not ideal. Thank you so much to Mikella. This experience already makes us feel great about living at Polaris Crossing! :)
