  We have lived in this complex for going on 8 years. We love it here! The grounds are always kept nice and any concerns are always addressed! They have the best maintenance guys around! Always respond to work orders in a timely fashion! I would recommend to anyone I know! Plus the school district is one of the best!

  I have lived at lakefront apartments going on 5 years thus July and I have met some of the most incredible staff from the office to maintenance they have been amazing to work with. They handle issues right away I have never had to wait for any reapirs. The ladies in the office are all amazing professional caring supportive ladies. I cannot say enough about the team here it's an absolute pleasure living here.

  I just moved in here last year in June and so far its been great! Had a couple minor issues but maintenance was quick and efficient to come and fix the things I needed fixed! The neighbors are very nice and welcoming as well as the staff here at the office! Whenever I have a question they are polite and respectful and patient with me. Thank you for making it comfortable for me to stay here!

  I haven't lived in an apartment community in years. I wasn't sure what to expect. I am glad I had the experience. My neighbors are friendly, the grounds are kept up, even trash is picked up weekly. The utility bill is a lot for a 2 bedroom. It has electric heat and it is over $200 in the winter and I have my thermostat set at 69. I am moving out because a 3 bedroom house mortgage payment is hundreds less than paying rent.
