  1) $1800 for 2 bedrooms. 2) Rent goes up 100 to 200 dollars every time you renew your contract. 3) Plus the 400 to 600 dollar electric bills in the fall and winter months.

  The absolute worst problem resolution staff in history. 1) My first bad experience came when they never installed a P trap in my sink allowing sewer gas to fill the apartment. After a week of complaining they finally came to fix it 2) they would constantly be late to maintenance request. Sometimes not showing up at all. One time, they came completely unannounced while I was at work and locked me out of my apartment. They made me pay a lock smith to let myself back in as “nobody was available to help past 5pm” 3) they took over 18 months to give me my security deposit back. After dozens of phone calls, they told me somebody has cashed it. When I asked Crystal Womack that it was a mistake and what we should do going forward. She told me “she doesn’t have to tell me”. She would then message me a few days later admitting they made a mistake and could finally after 18 months get my security deposit back from them If you value honest people, do not deal with some of this company

  Where do I even start? This is a wonderful place to live but it’s not just because of the homes, it’s the amazing staff. Stephanie, Maya, Courtney, and Mary are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They are so sweet and helpful. They all treat my dogs so well. They make this place feel like a home. They work so hard and deserve nothing but kindness and gratitude. Mary is so hardworking and does such a good job outside. Please everyone be kind to them! Thank you all for everything you do! I know your job isn’t easy dealing with so many people! Stopping in the office is often the best part of our day. ❤️ -Trina

  I have lived here for three years, I love our little community. Stephanie the manager is top notch, friendly and gets the job done. The maintenance team is awesome. During the Big Snow Emergency, I was very impressed, the parking lot and sidewalks were plowed several times same day snow started. It did not stop there, they were back days later and plowed parking lot again. Thank you!

  I love being a resident here. the staff is wonderful so friendly and helpful with whatever need be, Maintenance is also very timely and effective. I am very fulfilled with how everything has gone for the last year I have been here. My apartment is also so homey I love all the renovations they have done to the apartments. The amenities are also convenient and cleanly.
