Ryan built our first home shortly after we got married, and we lived there for over 12 years. We really loved our first home, but with the addition of our children, we wanted more space. We spent years searching for the right fit, both custom and non-custom, and we were thrilled when Ryan opened the final section in Winding Creek. It checked all our boxes: a home that had plenty of space on the main floor, storage, in a lower tax range, with appealing building materials and options. This decision was not taken lightly, as this is the home our children will grow up in. We are about halfway through the build process and are very happy with our experience so far. Deborah, our sales representative, has been amazing, answering all our questions and guiding us through the entire process. Ian, our project manager, has been phenomenal with communication. We receive weekly updates and pictures of our home's progress. He is quick to respond and always willing to accommodate our requests. We feel lucky to have him as our PM. It has made the process better than before. It truly feels like he cares and is so involved. We’re extremely happy with our decision and the progress of our home so far. We would absolutely recommend THIS Ryan Homes community to anyone.
