Deb has been amazing and very helpful explaining the process, all the different options and helping us choose what will best fit our family. The community is absolutely beautiful to drive around. I mean who can beat the amenities, 2 pools, walking trails, playground, basketball court. With all those features it leaves the backyard open to anything! Cannot wait to move into our brand new customized home. Thank you Deb!

She was very nice and extremely down to earth. If anything needed attention, she would put me in contact with the right people. Update: We have had a lot of issues getting in contact with people for our warranty requests. We have reached out once a week and still have yet to get things addressed. Such as our dead trees in the front yard, A/C issues, and just simple things missed because they were rushing to get our home together at the end. We had SO many issues in the building process, to the point they had to delay closing.
