  Called several appraisal companies from my google search for estate valuation purposes. Dan called back the same day I left a message. He was the only one to return a call at all. Was able to timely meet me at property and report completed without delay. Would absolutely recommend him.

  Dan is excellent. Tremendous knowledge of the region specific to real estate valuations. Northeastern Ohio Appraisal Services is also very responsive to client needs. We highly recommend their business!
