  Best apartment experience I’ve had! The staff is amazing, the grounds are well-kept, and my apartment is modern and spacious. It is extremely quiet, which I appreciate, and the neighbors are friendly. If you are moving to the area, definitely check this place out!

  This community stands out for its great management and very responsive maintenance team 👨‍🔧. The technicians are professional and respond to requests quickly. Often, you can submit a maintenance request in the morning and the problem is already fixed within a few hours ⏱️. This level of service is quite rare in many other apartment communities. The apartments also feature modern renovations ✨, which make the living spaces comfortable and pleasant. Another big advantage is the availability of washers and dryers right inside the apartments 🧺. Having laundry in your unit is very convenient and adds a lot of comfort to everyday life. Overall, Huntington Green is a well-managed community 🏢 with fast maintenance service and modern amenities that make it a great place to live.

  Floor plans are great, but ever since new management has taken over, they keep taking away amenities and then replace them with services you have to pay for. *Big example*: we have trash chutes in every building. They told us to stop using them bc there was a safety issue. Just got an email that for a mere $10 a week, I can get trash pickup to my door. They're doing this with all kinds of things. You're better off going to an apartment complex that actually cares about you as a resident and doesn't think up new ways to squeeze you for money.

  STAY AWAY PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I moved into one of their buildings in October 2025. Let me say this is NOT my first time living in an apartment building. This place is VERY loud. You can hear everything. I was able to hear my neighbors talking (when they were talking loudly), putting dishes away, walking, opening / locking their door. The walls on these units are very thin and NOT insulated. It was nonstop noise all day and night long. When repairs were being done by contractors they were there into late evening / night hours. The management team has no clue what is happening in their own buildings. I moved into a NEWLY RENOVATED apartment. I had repairs done on a weekly basis it seems I always had to be home for something. The shower leaked since day 1, water all over the bathroom floor. They never fixed it. I WAS HOME REPEATEDLY FOR THESE REPAIRS THAT JUST NEVER GOT DONE. The door to the closet in the bedroom consistently broke, water leaking in from the outside at bedroom window. I looked this up and there are various fixes for this type of situation. There are materials that can be used in all weather. The compactor room had to be closed because it was a fire hazard. All of a sudden after years it is a hazard? really? Seven floors of tenants; they all had to go all the way outside to throw away the garbage. The elevator stunk, was dirty and garbage in it until it was cleaned sometime in the morning. It was too much there to deal with, so much so that I was let out of my lease without penalties. I must say that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE IT!! This is not apartment living. There are state and other regulations against noise. If it wasn’t an issue they would never come up with these laws. On New Years Eve the flooring contractor was there past 6PM. I finally went up and told him one more load bang and I am calling the police. They stopped right away. I spoke to Jeannie the next day. She told me New Years Eve is not a holiday therefore; the contractor did nothing wrong. Really, is that so? Why did the office close early on New Years Eve if it is not a holiday. Why do we go out on New Years Eve and not day if it is NOT a holiday? I think next year the office should stay open all day being New Years Eve is not a holiday. I live in a different apartment building now not too far away. I have quiet. There is no noise all day and night. When I went to get my refund, THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY AND KEEP THE ADDITIONAL RENT I PAID. I had to contact management and tell them to pay me the additional money they owe me. I would definitely stay away. Take it from me DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY. If I could give less states I would. That is how bad this experiance was for me.
