The hallway updates that they did to the building were a great addition. I just wished there were more amenities. Overall, the leasing staff was great, I felt safe, but I just was hoping for a more updated building.
- LMLaura MartínezDec 11, 20252.0very overpriced for outdated interior and looks inside some of those complexes. the washer, dryer, or both was regularly broken in our buildings you can imagine that was a very inconvenient process. then there was a major rodent problem that went on towards the end of 2023 - all of 2024. ended up moving but I just wouldn’t ever expect to experience something like that in such a seemingly nice area. they weren’t really coming to spray and do check-in’s until after the issue got extremely worse. You have to catch issues like that early on instead of letting them fester. Living here is fine until that happened. I mean the gardens are truly beautiful outside and you have easy access to a lot of different food. Grocery inconvenience stores around, but after the rodents came, none of that really mattered honestly. They could’ve handled it a lot better….
