  Great experience with Dawn and the whole staff from start to finish. Very transparent, kind, understanding to our needs as tenants. Walked us through the whole process seamlessly. This is my first apartment and I wouldn’t have chose another place. Great hospitality and understanding. Met with Dawn a few times from signing lease to viewing apartment and Dawn was SO very helpful during the whole process. Couldn’t thank Dawn, the staff and everyone enough for a warm welcoming experience! The amenities are incredible and the gym is my favorite as I’ve been to other places and none of them are nearly as good as this one. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Truly thank you a million times!

  I could not have asked for a better apartment! I have been here for around 5 months now and have not had any problems whatsoever. The neighborhood is always clean and welp kept and the maintenance crew is always on top of getting work order done. The folks at the office are always very helpful when you have any questions as well as make the community feel like home.

  I moved to Willow Crest about 6 months ago to be closer to work and have been very happy with my experience here! The staff is inviting, friendly and super helpful if you need anything. I love the 24 hour gym, as I often work late into the evenings, the pool, internet cafe and BBQ grills. I also feel really safe knowing the Toledo Police officers are on duty as night security. Definitely would recommend!

  This complex is without a doubt the worst place I have lived. Living here used to be great (I was there through the management change). When they switched owners, the place went downhill quick. I had my car and my apartment (top story so don't let them convince you it's safe) broken into on separate occasions. The guy below me had his apartment broken into several times. All of this happened after management change because they felt that our safety was not worth paying for security details. New manager is very rude and has even hung up on me before. If you have any issues with management, they refuse to give out a supervisor contact. Don't bother looking online because it is not posted. Very strange, sketchy company with the worst service I have seen in my life. They frequently state all residents will be denied access to the pool if xxxx doesn't stopping doing xxxxx. They hold it over the head of everybody to get what they want from one person. I would absolutely without a doubt not recommend this place to ANYBODY. I've never had an issue with any apartment until this group. Please, please don't be fooled by these ladies and just walk away.
