  Deliver doordash to these apartments occasionally almost all of the lights in front of rental units are broken and flash like strobe lights, extreme safety hazard for epileptic people and they have even caused me to have headaches when observing as a non epileptic person. From what I've heard management doesn't really fix anything on the property, parking and drives are half finished with asphalt falling apart and leaving large holes where actually finished. All of said issues have been problems for over 4 years as they just get worse with time, will post pictures and videos soon

  So far my living experience here has been pretty good! I like they're housing deals/offers that go around and the updates/notifications I receive via email. One thing I'd like to see updated in the near future are the light fixtures and possibly the laundry facilities. Other than that, I've had a good experience here at Vivo.

  No maintenance and just bogus fulfilment of the requests at the end of the day. They never visit your apartment when you post a request for a change of something.

  I met tey and jason at the campus housing fair. They were really kind and nice. Excellent experience.
