Insufferable construction staff that only lies and disrespects their customers. They will rush to cover your house in drywall to avoid fixing any problems you call out. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PULTE.

We live in Sunbury Meadows and the HOA is the most difficult group to work with. They do not listen to the community and have poor response to issues. The Pulte customer service in this area is absolutely terrible. We are 3-months overdue for our 1-year warranty fixes. Not one person has showed up to our home and we have been "scheduled" twice. There is no signs of resolution, let alone a response from the local customer service rep, Nick. If you need a home quick and will do the job, Pulte is fine. If you need something with more value and dedicated to your needs, Pulte is not the company for you.
