- JWJerrod WorkmanMay 12, 20222.0Jean makes the sales process (which is already pretty exciting) easy and enjoyable. There were delays in building, but they were mostly related to the county. Service after closing has been less than stellar. The new project manager is not very responsive, especially when compared to his predecessor. We have to reach out several times before we get a response. As of today, we still have open utilities at the corner of the property, are waiting for a dry well cap to be trimmed to grade, are waiting for a final grade to be completed (which is holding up landscaping that will likely now have to wait until fall to be installed) and we are waiting on trim to be painted. We closed almost exactly 4 months ago, it is May, 2022.
