  We met with Angela and she was amazing! All of our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed. She gave us a great tour of Mannington Place, if I could give her 10 stars I would!

  I had an excellent experience touring Mannington Place. Angela was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming, she was happy to answer my questions and provided helpful details that made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this community as you look for your new home - don’t forget to ask for Angela!

  I just want to take a moment to thank the entire Zaremba Management team for all their help and support! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and kind, which has made my experience so much better. Shoutout to Holly and Angela, the leasing managers at the townhome community — thank you both for always being professional, responsive, and welcoming. You've made everything easy and stress-free. Also, big thanks to the maintenance team — Brian and Desiree — for being prompt, courteous, and skilled whenever anything needs attention. It's such a relief knowing things will be taken care of quickly and with care. And thank you to Todd from corporate for your support behind the scenes — it’s clear that great management starts at the top! If I could offer one small piece of feedback, it would be more transparency around rent increases. Knowing what to expect ahead of time would help with long-term planning. That said, it doesn’t take away from the fact that the team here truly cares about the residents, and it shows. Thanks again to everyone at Zaremba!
