I lived here for over 2 years. Huge mistake. Read the reviews. Amy is the worst. This place could have been nice but it's not. You would be better off homeless.

Unbearable management. When leaving my review, I was curious how many people had expressed similar situations to what I had been exposed to. Reviewing the remarks of others, I see many shared experiences, especially where Amy is concerned.
With the positive reviews, I had questions regarding their validity. Looking at the negative reviews, you can note that many of them have NUMEROUS reviews tied to their accounts, some well over thirty; many of which were positive. However, the positive ones seem to have a tend of only one review, leading me to question their legitimacy.
In my need to further research, because I appreciate having more research done than gut feelings, I found that Susan Wozniak, for instance, has 19 accounts on Facebook with no information or profile photos, leading me to believe this is a common name used for fake accounts created by Amy herself to attempt to offset these negative reviews. Of course, just a hunch, but I would say, definitely lean into caution because experiences here have been FAR below standard.
Another review from ApartmentRatings.com shared the same concerns of fake profiles. I guess I'm not the only one to consider this option as it is truly unbelievable that people would have anything better to say than "beats living in a box". But at least you can move a box far away from Amy vs being contracted to her. I can't express enough how unprofessional and caustic this woman is. I guess if no one wants to live under her management, it makes sense that she is nickel and diming people to keep the property alive. Something reviewers before me were quick to point out.
I'm excited for Amy's response which will go one of two ways: super vague and unhelpful, or angry and spiteful. One of her responses even read "we *do try* to be honest and fair"... If I'm paying monthly rent to deal with these poor conditions physically, and dealing mentally, and emotionally under Amy's threats, I'd expect they would be able to do more than TRY to be fair. Do better, Amy. Do better.

Beautiful setting, ruined by horrible management and lazy maintenance! The lady in the office is a miserable, hateful person. It’s impossible to call this place home when you’re treated like this.

I have lived there for couple years since I worked in the UA. The location of the property is extremely good. However, the lady in the office "Amy" is really a nightmare for all tenants. Just check the reviews posted online, all negative. When I signed the rental contract, she behaved just like a nice lady, cringing and fawning as she would like to do anything for you. Hehe, after that she changed her face as she believed she is the queen there. When I filed a work order, she always blamed me with mean words but never made the work done. Every time, I need to pay them 20-50 dollars to do the job and the problem had never been fixed. The bath roof keeps leaking for 3 years! Never get fixed.
The worst issue is she thinks she has the authorities to take tenants' personal items anytime without any notice. This happened couple times in the past 3 years. When I moved my furniture outside and put them int the patio in front of my door, just waiting for my friends to pick them up. She ordered her relatives to throw them into the dumpster and warned me that I cannot put my personal item out of my house. When I complained about it, she said there is a provision in the leasing agreement that allows her to do that!!!!!! That is terrible, isn't it? I am moving my stuff not just using them outside my condo.
I hope some managers worked for Kentapartment LLC can read these online comments and assess her ability to work as a property manager. Shame on her.
