  Slumlord Solutions and Holiday Lukewarm Wishes!! I’d like to give a huge shout-out to the maintenance for their Einstein approach to basic human necessities. If you’re looking for a place where "emergency maintenance" is more of a suggestion than a service you've found it folks! My family and I just wrapped up 5 days without hot water, which was a lovely addition to our holiday. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" quite like trying to convince my kids to shower in freezing water while waiting for a response that took an eternity to arrive.When they finally graced us with their presence, their high-tech solution was to simply crank the thermostat up on the unit. It’s a classic band-aid fix that hasn't worked. So we now get a solid 5 minutes of lukewarm water before it runs cold again. It’s the ultimate "slumlord special."This will be my 3rd or 4th water heater this year if they manage to replace it this time, and not give me another bandaid solution. At this point, I’m not sure if I’m living in an apartment or a testing facility for how many times a single appliance can fail before someone decides to actually do their job. But the response I got today was, “We’ll take a look at it during normal business hours.” If you enjoy cold showers, slow response times, and temporary fixes for permanent problems, this is the place for you!! Guess I will be enjoying the cold water for a little while longer, all while listening to to my neighbor constantly scream at her screaming crying children who beat all over the walls.

  Me and Casey lives at 55 Woodhill Dr Due to our current situation and Casey had to get a transfer for his Sherrif possision. We are sad to say we are leaving the 23rd 2 days before Christmas. Monday 2025 will be our last day with all of you. If anyone is in need of a town home at 55 it will be available to you soon. The keys will be dropped off into the box at the office early morning. I do not recommend this area to anyone for we have our own personal reasons but to Craige and to Connie we loved you and sorry to see you guys get let go. You were a inspiration to me and Casey and loved you both like family. Hope your new path in life brings you nothing but Luck, and faith.

  Someone it letting their pit bull run loose in the early morning hours. You don't know it's out there until your alway out in the dark parking lot and you here it bark and can hear it's nails on pavement as it's running towards you. Only in light on garage works so it is dark and you cannot see which way it's coming from. Luckily my son was with me when it was coming towards me. Dog turned and ran other way.

  I dont like to make negative reviews especially because this place has treated us very well . This is not on the apartment staff or employees but apartment owners I had a TERRIFYING encounter this morning police were notified . I woke up to my dog barking a about 7 am thinking nothing of his barking because he does it so prevalently. I put the collar on my dog opened my door and was only able to take one step towards walking out of my townhouse when an unleashed pitbul charged at me and my dog forcing us back into our house and almost making entry . I ALMOST HAD ANLEASHED PITBUL MAKE IT IN MY HOUSE . I called springboro pd and they showed up moments later to address the issue This was absolutely uncalled for and really frightened me. Like I said not the apartment staff but somthing has to happen put of this i can't have to fear opening my door to let my dogs go potty or check my mail especially at the price of rent we are paying . THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEND Please everyone be careful !
